1. Free consultation. Get in touch by phone or email and tell us about your project. We'll talk through your ideas, the rooms involved and the look you're after, with honest, no-obligation advice.
2. Survey & measure. We visit to measure accurately and assess the subfloor, checking for flatness, moisture and soundness, so there are no surprises on fitting day.
3. Clear, itemised quote. You'll receive a clear quote covering materials, preparation and fitting, with no hidden extras. We'll explain any preparation needed and why.
4. Preparation. Old coverings are uplifted if required, and the subfloor is prepared correctly with membranes, smoothing compounds or plywood overlays as needed.
5. Expert installation. Your floor is fitted with care and precision: tight joints, neat edges, balanced layouts and tidy thresholds, with your home or premises treated with respect.
6. Aftercare. We'll walk you through the finished floor and give you care and maintenance advice, and we're always on hand afterwards if you have any questions.
